Pulse is the money-signal acquisition engine. It watches authorized sources, captures the raw event, hashes it, and hands Atlas and Basilisk a signal that still has a source, a time and a locator.
Capture is the first product.
Before anyone ranks a lead, Pulse has already watched the authorized field, labeled the source and sealed a collection receipt. Capture is treated as the first product, not a side effect. Every object leaves Pulse with its source, time and locator still attached. A later dossier can then prove where a signal came from instead of reconstructing it from a screenshot.
Outer-field triage
At capture, Pulse tags source field, section, money-band and route candidates as metadata.The band is labeled before anyone argues meaning, which keeps the downstream debate about ranking rather than about what was seen.
Collection receipts
Every object carries a hash, timestamp and locator sealed at the moment of capture.The receipt is what lets a later reviewer confirm origin without trusting an operator’s memory.
Precursor objects
A captured signal leaves Pulse already shaped for Atlas mapping and Basilisk ranking.Ranking therefore starts from evidence with a chain of custody, not from an unsourced note.
Current Evidence
