Technical access data
When you visit the site, ordinary hosting, edge, security, and network providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. That information includes request metadata, device and browser information, IP and network information, and security events.

Information you send
If you contact Mediator, Mediator may use the information you provide to identify the organization, respond to the request, establish scope and evaluate fit. Mediator may also use it to maintain the communication record and protect the company or its systems.
Private Material
Not through the public route
Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, regulated records, customer datasets, evidence files, exploit material, or other sensitive source material in an initial public request. A controlled intake path is established when needed.
Service Providers
Infrastructure has processors.
Mediator uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate public and private systems. Those providers may process information within the service they supply and their applicable contractual/privacy terms. Public product pages do not imply that every provider has access to every Mediator system or customer record.
Security Reports
Use the security channel.
Good-faith vulnerability reports concerning Mediator-owned assets can be sent to security@mediatorsolutions.io. Do not include unrelated third-party data or unnecessary personal information in a report.
Requests for customer security validation are governed separately by the security testing terms.
Retention & Rights
Keep what is operationally necessary.
Mediator may retain communications, access requests, security reports, contractual records, and operational logs for business, security, legal, accounting, dispute, or evidentiary needs. Applicable privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and context. Requests concerning personal information can be sent to ops@mediatorsolutions.io.

How we handle personal data
This notice covers the public websites at mediatorsolutions.io and blackbox.mediatorsolutions.io, plus email and forms you use to contact Mediator Solutions LLC. Customer product data, evidence files, and security-testing records follow the written agreement for that work, not this public notice.

What we collect, why, and whether we share it
Public website technical data
When you visit, Cloudflare and ordinary hosting, edge, and security providers may process IP address, request URL, user agent, timing, and security events. We use this to deliver the page, keep the site available, and block abuse. Cloudflare processes this as a service provider. We do not share it with advertising networks.
Contact and access requests
If you email or use a form, we receive the name, organization, email, phone, and message you choose to send. We use it to identify the organization, reply, scope work, keep a communication record, and protect our systems. We do not sell this data. We may share it with email or ticketing processors that handle mail for us.
Security reports
Reports sent to security@mediatorsolutions.io are used to triage suspected issues on Mediator-owned assets. Do not include unrelated third-party data. Customer security validation is a separate written engagement under the security testing terms.
Cookieless analytics
Aggregate traffic is measured with a Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. It is cookieless. It does not build a cross-site advertising profile. See the cookie notice.
Legal bases
We process technical access data because it is necessary to operate and protect the site. We process contact data because you asked us to respond, or because we have a legitimate interest in evaluating a business request. If an engagement starts, contract terms govern later processing. We do not rely on advertising consent because we do not run advertising cookies.
Sale, sharing, and advertising
Mediator does not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We set no advertising, targeting, or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies and similar technologies
Public sites set no tracking cookies and store nothing in your browser for theme or profiling. If an earlier visit saved a theme preference, the next load removes it. Details live on the cookie notice.
Service providers
Infrastructure providers process information only to supply their service. Current public-site processors include Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, security headers, and cookieless analytics. Public pages do not mean every provider can see every customer record.
Retention
We keep communications, access requests, security reports, contracts, and operational logs only as long as needed for the operational, security, legal, accounting, dispute, or evidentiary purpose. When that purpose ends, we delete or de-identify the record unless a longer legal hold applies.
International processing
Mediator is based in the United States. Contact and technical data are processed in the U.S. If you write from another country, you understand that transfer.
Children
These sites are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If a minor sent data, write to privacy@mediatorsolutions.io and we will delete it.
Your rights and how to use them
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of the limited personal data you sent us. You may also object to processing that is not required to operate the site. We will not treat you worse because you made a request. To exercise rights, email privacy@mediatorsolutions.ioor use the contact page. We may ask enough information to confirm it is you. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority in your region.
