Legal · Acceptable Use

Use the system inside the authority you actually have.

Where Mediator provides hosted or shared software access, users must not use it to violate law, bypass authorization, harm third parties or interfere with service integrity.

Authority is part of acceptable use.

The acceptable-use scaffold separates prohibited abuse, credential misuse, unauthorized testing, harmful automation and service interference from legitimate authorized operation. Website scraping, probing, and load testing of public sites are also covered here unless a written Rules of Engagement says otherwise.

Authorization

Do not use Mediator systems to access assets or data you are not authorized to use.

Credentials

Do not share login secrets, impersonate another account, or harvest credentials.

Security abuse

Do not bypass controls, distribute malware or use the service to conduct unauthorized attacks.

Probing

Do not scan, fuzz, or exploit Mediator systems without written authorization and Rules of Engagement.

Automation

Do not scrape the public site with robots or extraction tools except ordinary search indexing.

Service integrity

Do not deliberately impair availability or evade technical usage boundaries.

Content

Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material through Mediator systems.

Enforcement

Mediator may restrict or terminate access when required to protect customers, systems or legal obligations.
