Engagement

Scope before price.

Mediator Solutions does not publish a synthetic menu of prices for materially different systems. Product access, implementation responsibility, evidence handling, security authority, and deployment conditions change the work. Those boundaries are defined first and priced in writing.

Entry Paths

Four commercial paths. One written boundary.

A request identifies the path. The resulting scope states the included software or work, exclusions, responsibilities, data/access requirements, delivery conditions, and commercial terms before activation.

Software

Product access

Access to a defined Mediator software surface, with implementation and operating responsibility bounded to the selected product.

Evidence

Blackbox Systems

Evidence infrastructure, verification, release, or custody work scoped to the record set and assurance boundary actually required.

Security

Validation

Authorized security validation priced only after the target set, testing authority, methods, timing, impact limits, and Rules of Engagement are defined.

Enterprise

Deployment

Multi-system implementation, identity, integrations, operating controls, and support responsibility defined against the actual organization and deployment environment.

Written terms

The written scope controls included work, exclusions, responsibilities, delivery conditions, support boundaries, and payment.

No implied access

Payment, a public request, or a product demonstration does not grant access to private systems, customer data, security targets, or internal operating surfaces beyond the written agreement.

Security is separate

Security validation additionally requires written authorization and Rules of Engagement before active probing. Read the testing terms.
