Market and research systems can structure collection, source lineage, ranking, uncertainty, and derived decision support. Derived state is not presented as source fact.
Evidence
Blackbox Systems
Blackbox Systems is the dedicated evidentiary product body for deterministic receipts, manifests, signatures, release state, custody logic, and independently verifiable records where implemented.
Security
Authorized validation
Security validation is available only inside written authorization, target scope, and Rules of Engagement. Reaper owns that testing authority; public website language does not.
Implementation
Scope changes responsibility
Integration, migration, deployment, and operating responsibility are defined per engagement. Product access does not silently create an open-ended services obligation.
State Law
Planned is not implemented.
Planned describes intended work. Implemented means source exists. Deployed means the implementation has been placed into an environment. Live means the intended surface is serving or operating. Proven means the claimed behavior has current acceptance evidence.
A repository, mockup, document, or marketing statement does not promote itself through those states.
Authority
Product truth stays with the product.
Mediator Solutions is the company and commercialization surface. Blackbox Systems product semantics remain with Blackbox Systems. Security-testing authority remains with Reaper.
